The Technology of Us was a culmination of integrated branding and reframing efforts for our client, TeleTech. Our mission was to boost TeleTech’s leadership by means of a forward-thinking, long-form e-book that could serve as an inspirational guide for CEOs and business leaders. Original9 managed every aspect of production, including editorial and video content, design, engineering and promotion.

We built the book around a central question: If automation was the mantra for technology to date, is humanization the calling for technology in the future? We commissioned essays from leading intellectuals, scientists, designers and business innovators — including a quantum physicist, the current governor of Colorado, George Lucas and a leading global expert on biomimicry.

The outcome is a body of work that comments on how technology is pushing humankind into a new stage of evolution, with massive implications for modern business and life. The Technology of Us its essays and its thesis will continue to be a cornerstone for TeleTech’s thought leadership and content strategy in 2015. The Technology of Us was named “Best Corporate Book” by the Content Marketing Institute, and Forbes, Fast Company and Entrepreneur published adapted versions of several essays.
