In 2011, Original9 worked with software provider ServiceMax to launch “The SmartVan,” the first digital publication for the field service industry aimed at technicians. In 2015, after four years of double digit growth, we relaunched the publication as “Field Service Digital” with a new executive focus and sleek design. Today, FSD is a premier content resource for executives leading the 21st-century service economy and reaches a larger online audience than competing industry publications.

The highly targeted content—covering industry trends, management best practices, case studies and analyst viewpoints—serves a subscription audience of more than 12,000 unique monthly viewers and has generated more than $3.5 million in pipeline revenue to date for ServiceMax. FSD was also a finalist for the 2015 “Best Multi-Authored Blog” Content Marketing Award from the Content Marketing Institute.
